Shravan Kumar Goud, learned counsel, representing Sri Venkateshwar Varanasi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement on the case file. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, permission is accorded, and, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
