THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4858 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 24.06.2013 in I.A.No.262 of 2013 in O.S.No.34 of 2009 on the file of XII Additional District Judge (FTC), Vijayawada.

As there was no stay during the pendency of the civil revision petition, the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 15.04.2014. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
