THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 699 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 14.02.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4981 of 2017.

This Court disposed of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent herein and lodge a complaint on 18.02.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner approached the respondent on 18.02.2017 and lodged the complaint. On the basis of which, Crime No.50 of 2017 was registered.

In view of the above, it cannot be said that the respondent has violated the orders passed by this Court.

Hence, the contempt case is closed.
