The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring

the action of the respondents in withholding the supply of essential commodities to the fair price shop No.4, Parvathagiri Village and Mandal, Warangal District belonging to the petitioner during the subsistence of authorization, on the ground that 6-A case vide E.C.A.No.136 of 2015 is pending before the 2nd repsondnet and also to declare the orders in E.C.A.No.136 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015 in so far as it relates to directing the 4th respondent to make alternate arrangements for regular monthly allotment of essential commodities as illegal, arbitrary. Consequently, direct the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the fair price shop No.4 of Parvathagiri Village and Mandal, Warangal District belonging to the petitioner during the subsistence of authorization of the petitioner and pass such other orders." Now learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on instructions, submits that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on 23.07.2015.

Hence, no relief can be granted in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
