CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.150 of 2010 30.03.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of order, dated 09.06.2010, in I.A.No.33 of 2010 in O.P.No.78 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr.P.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.A.V.Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and that therefore, the appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn. 3.

The Family Court Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 28.06.2010, as extended on 26.07.2010 in F.C.A.M.P.No.376 of 2010 is vacated and F.C.A.M.P.No.376 of 2010 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
