The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 16.06.2016, to the 1st respondent seeking compassionate appointment. As the same is not being disposed of till date, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation. Since the application of the petitioner is pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 16.06.2016, in accordance with circulars and regulations in force, and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
