THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2581 of 2016 ORDER:

The request of petitioner under Order XIII Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure is rejected by the trial Court with the following finding: "Heard. The Description of the documents, that are required to be send for, is not mentioned any-where. Omnibus requirement to produce all the documents that were seized by the Police in Cr.No.404/15 cannot be entertained.

In the result, the Petition is dismissed."

2. After perusing the affidavit filed along with I.A.No.47 of 2016, I am satisfied the conclusion of the trial Court cannot be found fault with. The revision fails.

3. The revision petitioner can pursue the remedies available in law to get the certified copies of relevant documents from Cr.No.404 of 2015 in accordance with law.

The civil revision petition is dismissed with the above observation. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
