THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.31190 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"... to declare the in action of the respondents 2 to 5 in proposing to permit transfer of the shop of Gazette Sl.No.225 from K.Jagannadhapuram village, Inavilli Mandal, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh as arbitrary and illegal and direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to permit transfer of the A-4 shop at Gazette Sl.No.225 from K.Jagannadhapuram village, Inavilli Mandal, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh to Siripally village, Inavilli Mandal, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh..."

2. Heard Mr. Prabhakar Peri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent-Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise Department, Hyderabad, on 16-08-2015, but no action has been taken on the said representation and it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the 2nd respondent-Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise Department, Hyderabad, to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some time frame.

4. This Court considers the said request of the learned counsel of the petitioners as reasonable.

5. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent-Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise Department,

Hyderabad to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 16-08-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
