No. 8l of 2018 on the file of the XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad by allowing this petition; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. Vijay Prashanth, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent No.1, and of Sri A. Gokul, Advocate for the Respondent N0.2, the Court made the following. ORDER:

"This petition is filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A-l to A-5 in C.C.No.8l of 2018 on the file of the XV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during pendency of the above petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent have entered into compromise and the 2"d respondent has filed I.A.No.l of 2020 on 20-02-2020 to permit them to compromise the matter.

In view of the above, the parties are directed to appear before the Registrar (Judicial No.I) of this Court for their identification. The Registrar (Judicial No.I) shall submit his report on completion of identification of parties, by 19.10.2020. List on 19.10.2020."
