This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the VIII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in not disposing of O.S.No.805 of 2009.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of ecourts shows that O.S.No.805 of 2009 itself was disposed of as settled before Lok Adalat on 11.04.2016.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
