For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, W.P.M.P.No.10302 of 2017 is allowed and accordingly, W.P.No.4067 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
