No representation for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on 28.04.2016 the Investigating Officer has filed the final report requesting to close the crime on the ground of "lack of evidence", and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
