This transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/husband seeking transfer of OP.No.143 of 2013 filed by the respondent/wife under Guardian & Wards Act, pending on the file of the Judge, Family court, Chittoor District-cum-V Additional District Judge, Chittoor District at Thirupathi to the Additional Family Court, Suryapet-cum-Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet. Tr.CMP.No.52 of 2015:
This transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of OP.No.29 of 2013 filed by the respondent/husband for dissolution of the marriage, pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Suryapeta to the Court of V Additional District Judgecum-Family Court, Thirupathi, to try along with OP.No.143 of 2013 filed by the wife for custody of child.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that OP.No.29 of 2013 is transferred to Senior Civil Judge Court, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District and renumbered as OP.No.102 of 2014. Both the counsel on instructions from their clients stated that they are agreeable for transfer of OP.No.143 of 2013 and OP.No.102 of 2014 (old No.OP.No.29/2013) to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
Since there is consensus between the parties, it is not necessary to go into other aspects.
In view of the above, OP.No.143/2013 pending on the file of
the Family Court, Chittoor District-cum-V Additional District Judge, Chittoor at Thirupati and OP.No.102 of (old No.OP.No.29/2013) pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, are transferred to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
Accordingly, the transfer petitions are disposed. No order as to costs.
