K.G.F.Cottons (P) Limited and Others v. Assistant Commissioner (CT) (LTU), Adilabad and Others[1].

Following the said judgment and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
