This Writ Petition is filed for quashing the charge sheet in C.C.No.205 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid, Krishna District.

Since there is an effective alternative remedy available to the petitioner, this Court cannot exercise the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
