HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.24823 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ...Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondent No.3 herein in conducting enquiry and issuing Pattadar pass books and title to the petitioner herein in respect of the land admeasuring Ac. 4.36 gts., Ac. 1.12 gts., and Ac. 0.32 gts., totally admeasuring Ac. 7.00 gts., in Sy.Nos. 246, 246/E and 248 situated at Kommepally village, Devarakonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, in spite of the written representations dt. 4.4.2013 and 24.6.2017 followed by repeated visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and to issue the pattadar pass books and title deeds to the petitioner in respect of the above said lands..."

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) submits that the 3rd respondent has already completed the enquiry and decision would be communicated within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of by accepting the statement. No order as to costs.
