Since the petitloner has studied in the composite District of Mahabubnagar, which was subsequently bifurcated into five new Districts, the benefit of studying in the combined Oistrict of Mahabubnagar cannot be denied. As such, the case of the petitioner that she is a local candidate of newly formed Districts has to be considered. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Panchayat Secretary by treating her as a local candidate of Mahabubnagar District, irrespective of the fact whether she has studied in newly formed Nagarkurnool District area or not.
