Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondentUniversity. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " Issue a writ order or direction one more particularly in the nature of writ Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 2 in so far as refusing grant of affiliation to the 2nd Petitioner college for all the 1st year B.Tech courses/ programmes for the academic year 2014-15 vide the impugned proceedings Lr. No. UAAC/ AFFILIATION/ E6/ 2014-15, dt. 29-01-2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and voilative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant and continue affiliation for the 1st year B.Tech., courses for the academic year 2014-15."
During the course of hearing, both the counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the subject-matter of the present writ petition is covered by common orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23703 of 2014 and batch, dated 30.08.2018. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the common orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23703 of 2014 and batch dated 30.08.2018. No costs.
