Sri M.Sree Rama Rao, counsel for petitioner, after perusing the written instructions dated 27.11.2014 does not press the writ prayer. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the Tahsildar/ 3rd respondent, if the petitioner is yet to occupy the house plot said to have been allotted as per written instructions dated 27.11.2014. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
