HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4203 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section Cr.P.C by the petitioners/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No. 67 of 2018 of Subedari Police Station, Waranal, Warangal District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A & 506 IPC and Sections 3 (i) (r) (s) of SC & ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015. Having regard to the facts involved in this case, this Court is of the view that the investigation shall go on. The Investigating Officer shall strictly follow the guidelines rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar V. State of Bihar1 and follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., during the course of investigation. Petitioners/accused in turn are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
