THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1829 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.9000 of 2004 dated 03.06.2014.

2. Operative portion of the order in W.P.No.9000 of 2004 reads as follows:

"11.

In the circumstances, the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Proceeding No.SE/OP/NZB/F.B.B/ D.No.9/04 dated 19.04.204 upholding clubbing of all service connections under HT category and back billing for the period from 28.10.1994 to 20.04.2001 is set aside and the respondents are directed to refund the amount of Rs.5,00,726/- deposited on 26.02.2004, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance with the said order, they are adjusting the said amount of Rs.5,00,726/- in future bills of the petitioners.

4. In view of the same, recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
