This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly respondent No.2, in not disposing of ROC No.10082 of 2012 for the lands in an extent of Acs.15-45 cents in Sy.No.31 and an extent of Acs.400 in Sy.No.1 of Merlaka village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary; and a consequential direction to the respondents to cancel the wrong entries in the revenue records in favour of respondent Nos.5 to 29 for the above lands in an extent of Acs.15-45 cents in Sy.No.31 and an extent of Acs.400 in Sy.No.1 of Merlaka village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor District.

This writ petition is vague and no particulars are given as to how the petitioners are aggrieved and filed a petition before respondent No.2 under Section 9 of the Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, which is numbered as R.O.C.
