The learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter, dated 08.10.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw this civil miscellaneous appeal. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'. 2.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, "For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the appellant is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
