Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 12.03.2018. The notice alleges that wrongly patta was assigned to the father of the petitioner on an extent of Ac.7.19 guntas in Sy.No.615 and 624 of Yerrakotapalli village, Kalakada Mandal, Chittoor District, petitioner was asked to appear on 07.04.2018 with all the relevant material.

When the matter is taken up learned Government Pleader produced copy of the order 0f Joint Collector, dated 07.04.2018 passing final orders in pursuant to the show cause notice issued. 4.

It appears on the date fixed for enquiry petitioner did not appear and filed this writ petition after the date fixed for enquiry. No reasons are mentioned as to why petitioner failed to appear before the authority. Since final order is already passed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
