THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27021 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.1 in not including the name of petitioner No.1College in the list of the Colleges in National Council for Teacher Education website, though it furnished, online, the mandatory affidavit within the stipulated time, and also the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not including it for counselling to B.Ed. Course for the academic year 2017-18.

Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1, placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings, dated 14.09.2017, and submits that the National Council for Teacher Education has already taken steps and acted upon the statutory requirement and that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have to take necessary steps to enable petitioner No.1 College to admit the students for the academic year 2017-18. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing Respondents 2 to 4 to take necessary steps so as to enable petitioner No.1 college to admit the students for the academic year 2017-18. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of.
