This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioners dt.27.03.2019 in pursuance to Notice vide Lr.No.ADE/OP/PTC D.No.2219, dt.31.01.2019, issued to the 1st petitioner and trying to disconnect the power connection to both the petitioners i.e. SC.No.050115302 Category LT-III in relation to the 1st petitioner and SC No.050106569 of the 2nd petitioner, treating both the petitioners as one unit.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

It is to be seen that the petitioners have submitted representation dt.27.03.2019 in response to the show cause notice dt.31.01.2019 issued by the respondents. Having issued notice dt.31.01.2019 asking the 1st petitioner to submit explanation within 15 days, the respondents ought to have considered the representation submitted by the 1st petitioner and then pass orders. But, the respondents without passing any orders on the representation of the petitioners are trying to take coercive steps. In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondents with

regard to S.C.No.050115302. However, the petitioners shall pay the regular bills.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
