Heard Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner is Field Assistant of Kopunoor village in Macharla Mandal of Guntur district. Levelling certain charges, a charge-memo was issued to the petitioner and she was placed under suspension by order dated 21-3-2015. Subsequently, after conducting enquiry, the order of removal was passed on 05-5-2015. Challenging the order of suspension, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by mistake, he challenged the order of suspension dated 21-3-2015 instead of the order of removal dated 05-5-2015.

4. In view of passing of the final order, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file an appeal before the 2nd respondent within a period of 15 days after receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the appeal in accordance with law within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of its presentation. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
