ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.08.2018, it was noticed that the counsel for the petitioner had expired and hence, this Court directed the Registry to send notice to the petitioner directly. Pursuant to the same, Registry sent notice to the petitioner and the same was returned un-served with an endorsement that the petitioner had expired. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication as the counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner had expired and no legal representatives of the petitioner were brought on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
