UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.12150 of 2018 ORDER: (Per V.Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner, who has completed MBBS and who has applied for admission to Post Graduate Medical course for the academic year 20182019, has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to accept and consider the social status certificate that she already possesses and not to insist upon a fresh social status certificate.

2. Heard Mr.A.Najeeb Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3. Following the similar orders passed in other writ petitions, the writ petition is disposed of directing petitioner to get the community certificate authenticated by the competent authority at Dr.N.T.R. University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, and produce the same before the 3rd respondent. Since the first phase of counseling is already over, the certificate so produced by the petitioner shall be considered during the second phase of counseling.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
