THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12485 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.5 in interfering with the liberty of the petitioner without there being any crime against him.
The petitioner submits that he submitted a representation to respondent No.3 on 23.03.2017 with regard to the highhanded action of respondent No.5 with a copy to the Assistant Commissioner of Police and Director General of Police.
Learned Government Pleader submits that there is no acknowledgement to the said representations.
In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police and apprise him of the abuse of power by respondent No.5. It is needless to observe that as and when the petitioner approaches the concerned Deputy Commissioner, he shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
