PNR,J W.P.No.14364 of 2019 HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.7.24 guntas in Sy.Nos.280/A and 280/AA of Julurupadu Revenue village and mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district. The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition goes to show that in the revenue records, names of other family members are recorded and they were issued pattadar pass books and title deeds. Grievance ventilated in the Writ Petition would show that petitioner wants rectification of revenue records to restore his name and to cancel the pattadar pass books and title deeds issued to the unofficial respondents.
2.
The material on record would show that no application/ appeal is filed against the entries made in the revenue records, but only representation to the District Collector was made. The representation is not the effective remedy availed by the petitioner and it cannot be said that there is inaction on the part of revenue authorities on the ground that representation was already made. Thus, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law against the entries made in the revenue records in favour of unofficial respondents, and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
