Sri D. Aneel Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner herein, who is accused No.1 in Crime No.26 of 2017 of Kalidindi Police Station of Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh State, was already arrested and station bail was also obtained by him and, therefore, the present Petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
