Sri M.V. Raj Kumar Gabriel, learned counsel for the respondent - husband, would submit that the respondent has no objection for the relief claimed by the petitioner - wife for withdrawal of I.D.O.P. No.583 of 2016 filed under Section 10(ix) of Divorce Act pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Krishna District at Machilipatnam and to transfer the same to the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Karimnagar District at Karimnagar.

2. Though, on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner - wife, sought time, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed withdrawing I.D.O.P. No.583 of 2016 from the file of Principal District Judge, Krishna District at Machilipatnam, and transferring the same to the learned Judge, Family Court, Karimnagar District at Karimnagar, for trial and disposal.
