Sri Pramod Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner circulated the letter dated 05.09.2019 to the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', as the issue involved is settled between the parties and his client does not wish to pursue the litigation any further. Hence, it is listed today. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the interim order dated 15.07.2019 shall stand vacated automatically.
