THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12176 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in similar set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.15268 of 2016 by way of an order, dated 28.04.2016. A copy of the said order is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"Having regard to the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete 6A proceedings initiated against the petitioner within two

(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pending enquiry, stocks seized from the petitioner may not be sold and if the petitioner offers to furnish third party security, the respondents may consider for releasing the stocks to the petitioner on his furnishing third party security for the value of the seized stocks. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed".

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 28.04.2016, in W.P.No.15268 of 2016.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
