ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for GHMC.

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in locking the premises of the petitioner bearing No.4-92/6/1 (D.Srinivas Reddy Sweets) J.N Road Complex, Telephone Exchange, Chandanagar, Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district. 3.

When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel for GHMC produced letter dated 12.7.2019 of Assistant Medical Officer of Health, Circle-21, Chandanagar informing removal of seal of subject shop of the petitioner.

In view of the same cause in the writ petition does not survive. Therefore, writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
