When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent informed that this Court was pleased to dispose of W.P.No.19015 of 2O2O dated O2.11.2O2O by following the order rendered by this Court in W.P.No.23688 of 2079 and batch dated OI.|O.2O2O and the said orders were set aside by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.4S of 2022 dated 28.O4.2O22. When the order passed in W.P.No.23688 of 2019 and batch dated O\.LO.2O2O itself is set aside, the question of complying the orders passed in W.P.No.19O15 of 2020 dated 02.11.2O2O would not arise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also not disputed about the said fact.

In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that since there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying the order dated 02. 1 1.2O2O passed in W.P.No. 19015 of 2O2O, as the order on which the petitioner was relying itself has been set aside, the present Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
