THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.4235 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are the A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.300 of 2017 on the file of the Police Station Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant.

The petitioner and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No.2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offence. In the result, the I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 in 300 of 2017 on the file of the Police Station Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad. The petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
