2.
In this Writ Petition, the only grievance of the petitioner is that even though he preferred revision before the Joint Collector, Medak District in the year 2018 and the same was numbered as F3/1160/2018, so far the said revision is not disposed of. 3.

The Joint Collector shall ensure that notices are served on all the respondents. If, for any reason, notices could not be served in spite of sending them by due process, he shall resort to affecting notices by substituted service and on ensuring service of notices on all the respondents, shall fix a date of hearing. Having regard to the fact that revision is pending for more than one year, the Joint Collector is directed to expedite the hearing of the revision and complete the exercise within six months from the date of receipt
of a copy of the order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
