HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19621 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ..... to issue an appropriate writ, direction or order, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No.1 proposing to issue Pattas to the others in Survey No. 78/ 7, in an extent of Ac 1.23 cents of land (MalaPalli) of the Lolugu Gram Panchayat, Lolugu Revenue Village, Ponduru Mandal, Srikakulam District, driving away the Petitioners and other SCs from the said SC Colony without notice to the Petitioners and other SC residents of the SC Colony, as illegal, arbitrary and violating Article 21 of Constitution of India and Principles of Natural Justice and it is further consequentially prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents not to dispossess the petitioners and other SCs from the said land ....." On the ground that for the writ prayer is premature, the writ petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
