Muddasani Bondaiah v. The State Of Telangana,

2017-08-28M.S.Ramachandra Rao2 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28508 of 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioners alleging the interference by the 3rd respondent in civil dispute between the petitioners and 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, states that 4th respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioners and also filed a civil suit O.S.No.198 of 2017 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar and that the respondents, after conducting preliminary enquiry and having discovered that the dispute is civil in nature, directed the 4th respondent to approach the Court where the suit filed by her is pending. It is denied that respondent Nos.1 to 3 had interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioners and 4th respondent. Having regard to the stand taken by respondent Nos.1 to 3 that they never interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to contest O.S.No.198 of 2017 filed by the 4th respondent. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
