The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in registering a case in FIR No.114 of 2015 of Anaparthi Police Station, East Godavari District against the petitioners herein for the alleged offences under Section 323, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of SCs/ STs (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the police have investigated the case, filed charge sheet and the matter is also committed to the Court of Sessions.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
