HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.3397 of 2017 ORDER:

The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is to direct the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.592 of 2015.

2. Heard Mr. K.S. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. All that the petitioner wanted in its I.A.No.592 of 2015 before the Court below was to substitute the name of the office bearers of the society in the place of previous office bearers, who signed the pleadings. The petitioner also wanted to change the counsel. Such an application, which is formal in nature and which could have been allowed in no time, has been kept pending for the past 2 years. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.592 of 2015 in O.S.No.331 of 2012 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
