This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned notice No.203/B/2016, dated 26.07.2016, issued by the fourth respondent against the writ petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 19.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
