THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.28485 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner contends that his father was assigned land to an extent of Ac.1.75 cents in Survey No.26/3 situated at Nachaneri Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor District, on 31.12.1980. The land was developed and being cultivated all along. After the death of his father, petitioner claims to be in possession and enjoyment thereof. According to him, on 12.07.2017, he applied in Form - VI(A) to provide him pattadar pass book and title deed. Alleging inaction of the said application, this writ petition is filed.

Copy of Form - VI(A) is enclosed at Page 11. If respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Yerpedu Mandal, has already received Form - VI(A) application and it is not disposed of so far, he is directed to examine the claim of petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and furnish suitable reply to petitioner assigning due reasons in support of the decision. The decision shall be taken and communicated to petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of order. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of in consequence.
