When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inspite of submitting representations to the respondents on 13.11.2017 and 01.02.2018, no action has been taken on the said representations.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representations are pending consideration before the competent authority, i.e., respondent Nos.3 and 4, the same will be verified and necessary action will be taken as per law. 4.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to verify the representations dated 13.11.2017 and 01.02.2018, said to have been made by the petitioner and take appropriate action and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
