ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the official respondents in not considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.08.2015, by conducting an enquiry, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have not disputed that in respect of Quarter No.24, Block No.1 of Bhoiguda slum, one V.Harinder, brother of the petitioner, filed W.P.No.37894 of 2015, raising the similar grievance as in the present case and that the said writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 23.11.2015 directing respondent No.4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner therein, hold an enquiry, pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the latter, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

As the petitioner has come out with the similar grievance as in W.P.No.37894 of 2015, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on similar lines to the said writ petition. Accordingly, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner, hold an enquiry, pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the latter, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.55353 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
