The petitioner is an Assistant Director of Agriculture, a Government employee. In respect of service matters of Government employees, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is having jurisdiction and this Court is not having jurisdiction. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. Registry is directed to return the papers.
