Petitioners are A.3 and A.4, but for A.1, A.4 and A.6, all others were enlarged on bail by one order or other so far. Undisputedly, Crime No.130 of 2017 of Chittoor I Town Police Station was registered 41⁄2 years back on 17.11.2015 and these petitioners were arrested and lodged in judicial custody since 24.11.2015. They went unsuccessful in number of applications and even A.6 went upto Supreme Court. Police after investigation, filed charge sheet and charges were framed and some of the accused persons, who availed the concession of bail, aggrieved by the framing of charges and dismissal of their respective applications for discharge, appears moved before this Court by revision or to quash either under Section 397 Cr.P.C. or 482 Cr.P.C., as the case may be and respectively. 2.

It is one of the grounds urged may be a case for concession in the absence of showing specifically of how entitled to bail for mere length of time of in judicial custody when cannot be a sole consideration, thereby the application is dismissed. However, it will not prejudice any of the defences including any future right to move including trial Court for bail.
