THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44440 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioners questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 & 3 in providing police aid to the petitioners for implementation of the injunction order passed in I.A.No.2120 of 2014 in O.S.No.1030 of 2014 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar as arbitrary and illegal. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners dated 08.12.2016 for grant of police protection in respect of the suit schedule property in O.S.No.1030 of 2014 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Considering the grievance of the petitioners, without going into the merits of the various allegations made in the writ petition, the respondents 2 & 3 are hereby directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioners dated 08.12.2016 seeking police protection and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
